Is a newly established center after the merging of the formers Training and Capacity Building (TCB) Directorate, which served as IST center, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Center. The new center has incorporated all the services given by the two former offices and new initiatives that help the college and the development of CPD services in the country. The center is directly responsible to the college’s Academic and Research vice Provost (ARVP).
