- Lead and oversee teaching activities to ensure high-quality education.
- Prepare passionate, well-equipped professionals ready for their respective fields.
- Lead and coordinate the establishment of new training fields in health science based on studied needs and national priorities to address gaps in healthcare expertise.
Staff Development
- Promote continuous professional development for employees by providing educational opportunities both domestically and internationally, sponsoring staff for degree programs, master’s studies, specialty training, and fellowship programs.
- Facilitate short-term trainings via our College’s “Center for Professional and Institutional Development (CPID)” for internal staffs and external partners.
- Research Promotion and create Collaborations
- Support Staff researchers by providing funding and resources for their studies.
